I have one advice. Ticket was closed. i guess everything except the showall restriction... I`ve done a search of both Google and Yahoo and can`t find any reference to RavMon.exe being a Microsoft file. see this

what is the best solution to remove this virus? activated removable drive today, virus warninig (g-data internet security). so i won't be able to make instant replies guys... maybe the ravmone keeping my task manager closed.!!!

Use the resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. RavMonE.exe actually leaves a startup registry key within the msconfig, and my 3rd step is to remove this startup registry key. but what about the prefetch folder? A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Make sure that you update AVG regularly( both Priority updates and non priority updates. put restriction involving my showall/checkedvalue registry...
