the only thing i can think of would be to try a system restore but i can no longer do anything on her computer. i cold not even get into windows to prevent the restart and try an work on the prob. None of the programs has been able to get rid of the root problem. the avast is eight days away from being time-overed, and clamwin found something it missed, so... Do not run it yet!!!!!! This means that the tool has been successfully executed. I tried uninstalling it and have run Windows Defender, AVG virus scan, Spybot, and spy-hunter. System Restore is fairly simple to use, but it is powerful and should be used wisely.
AlsoDO NOT BUMPyour thread to try and get a faster answer.
