Please advise - I've never done registry editing myself, so steps appreciated! Finally got it to run above programs and ran them a few times, rebooting to safe mode between each run. Window task launcher will not allow me to follow these instructions.

Worked a treat. Temporarily disable your anti-virus, script blocking and any anti-malware real-time protection before performing a scan. Follow the on-screen directions to complete the uninstallation of your ave.exe-associated program.
