Next I looked into the two Internet Explorer 9 folders (one in C:\Program Files (x86) and the other in C:\Program Files) and the 64-bit version of IE worked after running IENRRECOVER.EXE. I've tried many solutions from other posts...but only your final solution worked!! A friend gave ma a list of reg fixes - he said works. Um.... I have tried running regsvr32.exe “c:\program files\internet explorer\ieproxy.dll" in command prompt but am getting, The module ""c:\program" failed to load.
