IE Slow To Close & Sometimes Doesn't Respond

You might also check the version of Microsoft Sliverlight, if v4 or v5. Internet Explorer 11 but the problem is still there. Go to the list of installed programs and remove any entries with Flash or Java. You will be asked to confirm that you want to reset.
