Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. Internet Explorer Doesn't Open As you would expect, it worked with IE9 beta too. It is usually my last resort as well as it is a pain in the rear.Trying Safe Mode with Networking first. If it is there you will not be able to disable it but go to the Control Panel and uninstall it.
